Responsibilities Oversee clinic operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, quality metrics, and compliance. Lead clinical service delivery and promote efficient utilization of resources. Collaborate with marketing strategies to promote services and enhance community outreach. Provide mentorship, coaching, and continued professional development to team members. Support continuing education, certification, and program development efforts. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited PT program and hold current licensure in New Jersey. 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with proven leadership and mentoring skills. Strong desire for continuous learning, professional growth, and commitment to exceptional patient outcomes. Benefits Competitive salary $95,000–$115,000.
