Days Left: 28 days, 3 hours left Apply Job Title: Associate Dispatcher I Location: Evansville, IN - 47711
Duration: 6 Months (potential for extension)
Pay Rate : $24 - $25/hr Schedule : Three 10 hour shifts and one 8 hour shift / week. Assigned shift will be consistent throughout contract, there is one rotating weekend shift. Morning Shift (10 Hours): 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekend shift)
- 1 worker: Sunday - Wednesday
- 1 worker: Wednesday - Saturday
- 1 worker: Sunday - Wednesday
- 1 worker: Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
- Answers the telephone and performs call-ahead request for field technicians.
- Receives and dispatches non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations
- Dispatches orders via Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution
- Monitors, routes, and documents work orders to service technicians; reviews backlogged work orders.
- Coordinates daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders
- Resolves scheduling concerns between the company's Call Center, customers, and supervision to achieve optimum results.
- Acts as liaison between the company, customers, state and local governmental agencies in an emergency situation.
