Located in Lexington, Kentucky, Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We are seeking a dynamic and personable part-time receptionist to join our team and enhance the overall experience for our residents and their families.

As a receptionist at Lexington Premier Nursing & Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting residents, family members, visitors, and guests; determining the purpose of each person's visit and directing or escorting them to the appropriate location
• Answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff; taking messages and scheduling appointments
• Receiving mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivering or distributing items
• Performing administrative and clerical support tasks
• Performing basic filing and recordkeeping
• Performing other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

This position requires:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
