Legal Front Desk Receptionist

Denham Property & Injury Law is a plaintiff-side law firm representing homeowners and property owners whose insurance companies have underpaid, delayed, or denied legitimate claims. We are looking for a receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Lexington, Kentucky office. You will answer inbound calls, conduct initial client intake, track leads, and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our Lexington office. The right person for this role is a clear communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and follows through on every task without being reminded.

Handle general front-desk and administrative tasks including mail, correspondence, and office supplies

Warm, professional phone presence

Comfortable with technology — you will use Microsoft 365, a VoIP phone system, and our case management platform

Prior experience in a legal, insurance, or other reception or intake role

Familiarity with case management software and intake tracking software

Bilingual in English and Spanish

You’ll do well here if you take ownership of your work, pick up new processes quickly, stay organized when multiple things are happening at once, and find genuine satisfaction in helping someone navigate a difficult situation.
