Masker As a Masker, you will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and preparing the surfaces of metal and composite aerospace components before processing. You will accurately apply masking tape, films, plugs, and custom caps to protect specific areas of components, ensuring precision and safety in all tasks. Responsibilities Clean and inspect surfaces of aerospace components. Prepare surfaces of metal and composite components for processing. Accurately apply masking materials such as tapes, films, plugs, and custom caps. Safely use hand tools, razor blades, and precision cutting instruments to trim masking materials. Ensure masking materials are applied to exact dimensions. Essential Skills Experience in production and masking. Ability to apply touch-up paint. Experience in assembly. Excellent hand dexterity. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor experience. Familiarity with work orders. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynwood, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
