Maintenance Manager: Lean & Safety Lead for Plant Ops

Mgp-Ingredients is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Kemper location in St. Louis. The role includes providing maintenance leadership and ensuring all plant assets are maintained efficiently. As the Maintenance Manager, you will coordinate all shifts of Maintenance employees and ensure safety compliance. This position requires a B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and a minimum of 3 years in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage sector.
