Role Description The Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bay St Louis, MS, responsible for leading and overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility. This role manages maintenance teams, plans and prioritizes preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensures that equipment, utilities, and infrastructure operate safely and reliably. The Maintenance Manager coordinates with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to minimize downtime, support production goals, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include scheduling work orders, supervising contractors, monitoring maintenance budgets, maintaining records and documentation, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves developing maintenance policies, training team members, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance management, including planning, scheduling, and supervising maintenance activities in a manufacturing or chemical production environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and guide technical teams. Proficiency in maintenance management systems (CMMS), work order processes, and asset reliability practices such as preventive and predictive maintenance. Solid understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and best practices for safe work execution in an industrial setting. Proven leadership skills, including team development, performance management, and effective delegation across diverse maintenance crews. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate clearly at all levels, and build strong partnerships with operations and engineering. Experience managing maintenance budgets, controlling costs, and supporting capital projects or equipment upgrades. Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering, maintenance, or a related field; professional certifications in maintenance or reliability are an advantage. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a continuous improvement mindset and familiarity with lean or reliability-centered maintenance concepts. Willingness to work on-site in Bay St Louis, MS, and support occasional off-hours or emergency maintenance activities as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
