Nothing in this section is meant to create a contractual benefit, just a glimpse into the way we show up for each other and make Jaxon more than a place to work!Primary Duties:Prepare, review, and deliver project submittals, customer deliverables, and other required documentation on time.Maintain project logs, trackers, and records, including procurement, RFIs, change management, and status reporting.Monitor project progress, identify issues or risks, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions to support successful outcomes.Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, timely completion of work, and achievement of shared goals.Uphold company quality standards, policies, and professional reputation while supporting additional project needs and continuous improvement efforts.Maintain schedules, scopes, and objectives for active and anticipated projects.Requirements:Required Job Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or two years of experience as a project engineer or similar role for a specifically related field such as Commercial/Industrial Construction, DoD contracting, EMP protection or ManufacturingAbility to obtain or current possession of U.S. PassportUnderstanding of and proficiency with plan reading, specifications, statements of work or request for proposalsExperience coordinating project teams and schedulesProficient with MS Office suiteDesired Job Qualifications:Willingness to be coached and willing to learn new skills in a growing industryExperience using MS ProjectWho We're Looking For:You're someone who brings solid project engineering know-how and attention to detail to every part of the job.
