Job Title: Event Coordinator
Location: Draper, UT (Hybrid 2 days) JOB DESCRIPTION: Are you an experienced event coordinator ready to join a rockstar events team? We're looking for someone like you to join our team. As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show follow-up, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success. As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show follow-up, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success. Here's what we're looking for Job Description:
- Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are completed by deadlines
- Help manage end-to-end logistics, pre and post-marketing support, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
- Represent at trade shows and other activities as needed
- Track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts
- Perform general administrative tasks to support team goals and objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure event success
- 1-3 years of trade show or event marketing experience
- Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and organization skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
- Sense of urgency and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Ability to work in the office 2x per week
- Experience using Salesforce, Marketo, and Asana a plus
