About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Acute Care Float Pool Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS certification, PEARS or PALS certification required Must-Have: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Description: We have an urgent need for 12 Med Surg Registered Nurses. The role requires floating between various facilities as needed. The positions are full-time, requiring 36 hours per week. Shifts include 12-hour day shifts. Weekends are required every other week. The assignment is for a specified time period. Nurses are expected to provide family-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. This includes utilizing the nursing process in their practice. Nurses will be accountable for professional practice and will collaborate with other health team members. A commitment to patient care is paramount. Candidates must meet all licensing and certification requirements before the start of the assignment. References are not required, but they may strengthen your application. Travel partners are welcome. Flexibility is necessary, as shifts may vary based on staffing needs.
