Dixie's Coffee House in beautiful Manitowish Waters is looking for a part-time barista. If you enjoy customer service, quality, and great coffee, this could be the perfect role for you.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with a welcoming attitude.
- Take customer orders and craft food and beverage items with care.
- Recommend menu favorites and seasonal specialties, answering any menu questions from customers.
- Handle transactions accurately and manage inventory.
- Keep the caf clean, organized, and inviting.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with cashier / POS systems.
- Available to work assigned schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
