Spectrum Solutions Acquisitions is seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Handyman to provide maintenance and repair services on residential properties. The Residential Handyman will perform various tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This position requires a versatile individual who is confident in handling a variety of repair jobs and property upkeep duties, while adhering to company standards and client expectations.

• Perform repairs and maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general home repairs.
• Inspect properties for damages or maintenance needs and document findings.
• Respond promptly to repair requests and complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Work independently or as part of a team to accomplish assigned jobs.
• Maintain accurate records including photo documentation of completed work.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and office staff to coordinate work schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman or in residential maintenance.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Familiarity with property preservation software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
