Epic Position Overview Ongoing locum tenens CRNA coverage Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)

Clinical Scope General Orthopedics Endoscopy Ophthalmology OB and GYN Urology ENT Podiatry

Required Qualifications Active Minnesota license BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA DEA

Credentialing Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
