You’ll support essential diagnostics that help guide patient care, all while creating a warm, respectful, and organized environment for patients and teammates alike.If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and excited to be part of a fast-paced clinic setting, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoPerform routine laboratory tests and technical procedures with accuracy and careMaintain clean, safe, and compliant lab conditions in accordance with OSHA and infection control guidelinesSupport the team by organizing and stocking lab supplies and maintaining equipmentEnsure quality standards are met by following testing protocols and recording results accuratelyCollaborate with clinical staff to provide timely, reliable lab support as part of a coordinated patient care experiencePitch in on other tasks as needed—because at TrustCare, we all work together to make things better for patientsWhat We’re Looking ForA team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnGreat attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols preciselyStrong communication skills and a knack for staying organized in a busy environmentA commitment to patient privacy and workplace professionalismQualifications to ShineHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior lab or clinical experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidatePosition Details & Work EnvironmentType of Role: Full-time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday through Friday, 2pm to 9pmWork Environment: Clinic setting; work is primarily sedentary with occasional movement around the labEquipment Used: Standard laboratory and diagnostic equipmentOther DutiesThis job description is intended to highlight the core responsibilities of the role, but we’re a team—and sometimes that means stepping outside the usual to pitch in where needed.
