Accounts Payable SpecialistThe primary responsibility for this role will focus on invoice and expense processing for our continuously expanding organization. The ideal candidate must have the ability to interact with co-workers at all levels in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. The Accounts Payable Specialist must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy.Job Description:Three-way-matching of all trade invoices for assigned vendors prior to paymentProcessing invoices for non-trade expensesReview payment request list for all vendors, verifying accuracy and supportReconcile AP with vendor statement by researching unpaid/short paid invoices to ensure timely resolution of vendor and AP recordsCommunicate in a professional manner with external vendors regarding payment invoice status and other payment mattersPerform other duties as assignedAdditional Job Description:An associate's degree in accounting or related field is preferredAt least one year of basic accounting or accounts payable experience is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to quickly learn and effectively use new software applicationsStrong analytical and research skills, particularly for account reconciliationExcellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and colleaguesStrong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to consistently meet month-end deadlinesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environmentFlexibility to work additional hours as neededDemonstrated integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentialityPay Range:$25.38 - $35.43The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance and market factors.Our Commitments to You:Coins!
