Schedule: Thursday - 5:00PM-10:15PM; Friday-Saturday - 4:00PM-12:15AM

Starting Pay: $15.00/hour plus tips

Position Summary:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests entering our dispensary. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and secure environment while supporting front desk operations and compliance procedures. You'll work closely with retail staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients and customers upon arrival
• Verify identification and medical cards in compliance with Missouri cannabis regulations
• Manage check-in procedures and maintain accurate visitor logs
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Assist with appointment scheduling and queue management
• Support dispensary staff with administrative tasks as needed
• Uphold confidentiality, HIPAA compliance, and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with point-of-sale or patient management systems a plus
• Professional demeanor and commitment to compliance
