Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on technical experience in facility maintenance, building systems, or a related technical field with demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairs.

Minimum 2-3 years of proven supervisory or lead technician experience, including responsibility for team coordination, work assignment, and performance management.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and relevant trade licenses or certifications as required by local jurisdiction (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing certifications).

Strong proficiency with maintenance management software systems, digital work order platforms, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in various environmental conditions, climb ladders and scaffolding, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in confined spaces as needed.

Estimated compensation for this position:

27.00 35.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
