Pay: $33.35-$52.45 per hour. $5000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Shift Differentials: +$1 Day | +$2.50 NOC | +$4 Weekend

These staffing standards are designed to support both our residents and our nursing team by helping create a more balanced workload and allowing you to spend meaningful time with your patients.

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, high quality nursing care
• Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support nursing assistants when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the State of Alaska
• Current CPR certification
