Your Role Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols. Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care. What We're Looking For Current RN license in Alaska. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
