Nurse Practitioner / Family Nurse Practitioner - New Grads are Welcome to Apply - Sign-on Bonus Upto $3K - Medford, OR.

Pay: $111,000-$140,000 annual

Job Type: Full-time / Part Time. (Perm)

Shifts: Days, Night & Overnights.

Medical Specialty: Addiction Medicine.

Work Setting: Clinical In-Person (Rehabilitation Centre).

Summary:

The Facility is located in Medford, OR. And looking for who can, Ability to perform pre-admission medical screening, nursing assessments, and collect other pertinent medical data, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication chains with all key collaborators and other staff, as needed.
• Ability to gather and assess patient/client information to evaluate needs.
• Ensure new orders and provider instructions are appropriately recorded in client records.
• Work with patients with a trauma-informed and compassionate approach.

Qualification:

• Must have completed an NP-focused graduate Master's or Doctoral Nursing Program and successfully pass a National NP Board Certification Exam.
• Previous 1-year experience in addiction treatment or similar settings is required and a medical Practitioner experience is a plus.
• Current NP License Along with CPR certification is required.
• Spanish Bilingual is Preferred.
