As a Security Site Manager – Leads the Daily Operations of a on site Security team helping to protect clients assets and property.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Site Manager

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Supervise Daily Operations at the site.
• Supervise and Monitor Security Officers
• Help with Training and Payroll
• Reports to Client and GardaWorld Manager
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years or more of Security Manager or Supervisor experience
• You must be 21 y.o.a. or ilder
• You must have a valid drivers license
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
