Job Title: IT Healthcare Consultant - Project Manager

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: 12 Months

• Oversee MMIS, Encounter Processing System, and supporting system operations.

• Manage vendors and monitor service level agreements.

• Oversee incident, issue, and escalation management.

• Lead release management, stakeholder communication, readiness checks, and post-implementation monitoring.

• Develop process flows, desk aides, and Standard Operating Procedures.

• Manage team workload and provide guidance and training.

• Ensure compliance with security requirements and approval processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field.

• 3+ years of experience managing system operations or administrative program functions in a healthcare environment.

• 5+ years of project/program management experience managing system implementations or enhancements.

• Ability to provide incident management on call and after hours.

• Experience managing Medicaid Enterprise systems.

• Knowledge of Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and MMIS concepts.

• Experience with ticketing software and SOP development.

• AWS Cloud Certifications.

• Strong communication, documentation, and process management skills.
