IT Project ManagerPay Range: $53.50hr - $58.50hrRequirement/Must Have:5+ years of experience in IT project management.3+ years of experience in Hybrid (Agile and Waterfall) Project Management.3+ years of experience Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development.3+ years of experience in Risk Management.3+ years of experience in Resource Management.3+ years of experience in Change Management.3+ years of experience in Budget Planning.Bachelor’s degree and project management experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk.PMP, PMI-ACP or CSM certification required or in the process of obtaining certification.Responsibilities:Manage several projects through solicitation, selection, contract negotiation, acquisition, implementation, migration, archival and sunset of legacy applications.Plan, organize and manage all project management activities for agency wide initiatives as an experienced project manager.Demonstrate project management expertise in both traditional and agile methodologies and influence project team compliance with industry best practices.Manage the overall planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects in parallel.Control scope and schedule to ensure project deliverables, milestones and required tasks are completed as planned.Collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.Plan and conduct project status and review meetings.Prepare project status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders and sponsors.Work with a diverse group of professionals in all levels of the organization.Prepare necessary documentation to support project initiatives.Manage development of project documentation for new services assigned.Ensure all required project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Engage in ongoing process improvement around delivery, methodology and other relevant areas.Identify potential problems proactively and facilitate problem resolutions by implementing risk mitigation strategies.Manage projects related to Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Production technology solutions.Manage projects related to Development and Compliance Monitoring technology solutions.Manage projects related to Contract Administration technology solutions.Oversee Agency Business Continuity initiatives.Assess facility requirements for new locations to support workforce needs and operational efficiency.Nice to Have:Process Improvement.Financial Principles.Accounting Principles.Mortgage Principles.Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Interpersonal, Collaborative, Presentation & Facilitation Skills.Detail-oriented, Accurate and Organized.Analytical thinking and problem solving.Customer Service Driven.Teamwork.Individual Contributor.
