Hiring Casual/PRN/Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on ALL SHIFTS! 8 AND 12 HOUR SHIFTS AVAILABLE to give you flexibility!  PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month. 

Open Positions: 7a-3p, 7a-7p, 3p-11p, 7p-7a, 11p-7a

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• PRN employees must work one (1) weekend per month (2 shifts), two (2) additional shifts, and a summer and winter holiday. This equates to four (4) shifts per month. 
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practial Nurse (LPN):

• Prepare and administrator medications as ordered by the physician 
• Make daily rounds of your unit/shift 
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel 
• Receive/provide the nursing report upon reporting in and ending shift
