Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Client interaction Answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. Checking-in and checking-out Multi-phone line system Process financial transactions Daily cash drawer balancing Scheduling Accurate computer data entry (Avimark software) Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment Ability to stand for long periods Requirements High School diploma or GED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to lift 40lb Bilingual (preferred not required) Schedule 8 hour shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Holidays Overtime Job Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
