Tasks Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate and schedule equipment rentals, delivery, and pickup, ensuring timely and efficient service for clients. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Provide customers with information about equipment features, rental terms, and company policies to assist them in making informed decisions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably within the oil and gas industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
