TA Coordinator

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a Chicago based global CPG company, to hire a TA Coordinator in Chicago, IL. Our client is looking for an early-in-career professional with an interest in HR who is professional, energetic, and looking to continue to growth their career in talent.


This TA Coordinator will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to build a foundation in talent acquisition. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role.



Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition function by assisting with day-to-day recruiting coordination needs in a hybrid environment.
  
  
• Represent our client's brand with professionalism and energy across candidate-facing interactions.
  
  
• Enhance the candidate experience through thoughtful, detail-oriented coordination and follow-through.

Qualifications

• 6 months- 1 year of experience (TA internship experience is welcomed).
  
  
• Sharp, polished, and mature communication style.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn in an early-career HR/TA support role.
