Job Details Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 20 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Assignment Duration: 13-week contract Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM) Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Provide education to patients and families on health management. Utilize various medical equipment and assistive devices. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Ensure compliance with safety and health standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of home health nursing experience required. OASIS training preferred. Valid Florida RN license or compact license. BLS certification required. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits. COVID-19 vaccination documentation or exemption required.
