GRS Community Management is looking for looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager and help create a well-maintained, welcoming community. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with residents, vendors, Board members, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Property Manager with meetings, Board materials, community operations
• Serve as a key point of contact with residents, Board Members, Vendors and homeowners
• Process lease, purchase and architectural applications
• Maintain the association's fact sheet in Cinc along with homeowner and resident files.
• Manage the community's Work Order system to ensure timely responses to resident requests
• Address and promptly resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints from residents.
• Prepare and organize monthly board meetings, annual meetings notices, and budget meeting documents
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
• Maintain high level of communication and professionalism with internal and external contacts

What GRS Mgt is looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle disputes calmly
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team and engage positively with residents and homeowners
• Must be bilingual
• LCAM certification is a plus
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience in property management
