Position Title Adjunct Faculty – School of Business (Part‑time) Overview The Richard J. Bolte, Sr. School of Business at Mount St. Mary’s University invites applications for part‑time Adjunct Faculty positions beginning Spring2026 and ongoing. Responsibilities Teach assigned courses in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing. Deliver engaging instruction and maintain high academic standards. Provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Adhere to course outcomes and assessment standards established by the Bolte School of Business. Requirements Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Marketing (or related field) or a Ph.D. in one of these areas. Demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence. Preferred: Prior university‑level teaching experience. Professional or industry experience in the field. Evidence of scholarly engagement and professional development.
