- Create individualized family service plans with meaningful goals and activities
- Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
- Meet weekly with your supervisor for support, coaching, and case review
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and insurance
- 1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations
- Someone who is compassionate, organized, dependable, and committed to family-centered support
- $22.00-$22.50 per hour
- 35 hours per week
- Monday-Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
