Experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse

Experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse needed to provide comprehensive maternal and neonatal care in Grants, NM. The role offers a competitive salary up to $125,000 per year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process.
Monitor maternal and fetal health, administer medications, and assist with pain management.
Support physicians and midwives during deliveries and surgical procedures when necessary.
Educate and support patients and families on the birthing process and postnatal care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
Respond to emergency situations with professionalism and clinical expertise.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
