Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patients’ medical histories, performing physical assessments, and creating comprehensive treatment plans based on your findings.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment options effectively to patients and their family members, actively involving them in goal-setting to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols that adapt to the specific needs of each patient, while continuously evaluating their progress in response to changing health care landscapes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care, ensuring timely modification of treatment plans based on patient conditions.
• Manage discharge planning and provide follow-up care guidance to patients, while meticulously documenting all aspects of patient care in compliance with current healthcare standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an integral member of our rehabilitation team, your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required.
• Current CPR certification is a must to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
