Work Environment

Our clinic operates in a warm, welcoming environment where personalized attention is paramount. As a Physical Therapist in our home care setting, you will work primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have the autonomy to manage a consistent caseload of patients, allowing you to deliver focused therapy without the pressures often found in larger healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess individual needs and develop customized treatment strategies based on clinical evidence.
• Administer treatments to 1–2 patients per hour, integrating manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to optimize recovery.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques as necessary to achieve specific rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards, ensuring compliance.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, recovery timelines, and home health exercises to enhance self-management and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will involve building rapport with patients, understanding their unique challenges, and providing empathetic support throughout their rehabilitation journey. Each interaction presents an opportunity to positively influence their recovery and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid and active Florida Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or orthopedic care setting.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience using evidence-based treatment techniques specific to orthopedics.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation software systems for documentation and management.
• Experience working in a home care setting is a plus, enhancing the ability to provide tailored, in-home therapies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
