Outreach Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI (On-site)

Pay: $20/hr

TEKsystems is seeking an Outreach Specialist to support a local healthcare organization in Honolulu.

• Make outbound calls to members to verify information
• Review enrollment and payment details
• Update and maintain accurate records
• Send member communications and follow up as needed
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues

• Customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry
• Reliable and professional attitude

• Healthcare or insurance experience
• Experience with member enrollment processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce, QNXT, or similar systems

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
