Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all company marketing efforts, including digital marketing correspondence, social media scheduling and posting, and digital brand presence. This role owns the day-to-day marketing function and plays a key role in driving digital presence awareness, brand consistency, and engagement across all platforms.

1-800-STRIPER is a self-performing parking lot striping company founded in Rochester, NY in 1999. After establishing a strong presence in the Rochester market, we expanded the concept through franchising. As of 2026, we have 81 franchise locations across the United States.

 

We are passionate about creating a hardworking, service-minded culture. This is a fully in-person office position Monday- Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm.

 

Wage Range

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience (to be determined during the interview process)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the marketing department’s day-to-day operations
• Work with leadership to align marketing with business goals
• Manage vendors
• Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials (print, social media platforms, website, google, and other listings)
• Managing communications between franchise owner and marketing team (email inbox)
• Support creation, editing, and organizing of marketing content, including service info, print materials, presentations, content library's for franchise owners and internal teams
• Organize and maintain marketing files, templates, brand assets and documentation to ensure consistency across all materials
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, excellence and quality, and attention to detail
• Design print materials and digital assets
• Copy writing

 

Qualifications
This position is ideal for someone who is both creative and organized — someone who can plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives while keeping everything aligned with company goals.

 

• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Hands-on experience managing websites and social media platforms
• Strong understanding of content creation, digital marketing, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working independently and owning a department
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and visual communication skills

 

Preferred Skills

• Basic SEO and analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• SOCI: Social Media scheduling and reporting platform
• Google Business Profile
• Storage Management Platforms
• Yelp
• Apple Business Connect
• Comfortable working with digital tools and content
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Remain self motivated in an office work environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work
• Action oriented with a strong sense of urgency and willingness to role up sleeves to support the team
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, communications or a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong desire to build a long term career by constantly exceeding performance benchmarks and evolving with the company's strategic goals
