Senior Manager, Global Tax

SaaS company in the Silicon Valley is seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Senior Tax Manager to help lead and evolve the Company’s global tax function as the business continues to scale. This role will have broad responsibility across global tax compliance, tax accounting, international and indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax risk management, and operational tax matters. The Senior Tax Manager will serve as a key tax advisor to Finance and the broader business, translating complex tax requirements into practical solutions that support growth while maintaining strong compliance and governance. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of work experience through a combination of public accounting and SaaS company industry experience. You will combine strong technical tax expertise with sound business judgment and a hands-on approach. This individual will also play an important role in strengthening tax processes, controls, systems, and operating model to support an increasingly complex global organization. Additionally, you will own and oversee global tax compliance — across U.S. federal and state income taxes and applicable international jurisdictions, as well as indirect and other business taxes, including sales and use tax, VAT/GST, gross receipts, and property taxes as well as lead the tax provision (ASC 740). #J-18808-Ljbffr Mason & Blair, LLC
