Medical Records Specialist

A well-established plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling medical records in a legal, healthcare, or hospital setting who is looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Request, track, and obtain medical records from healthcare providers and facilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the retrieval process
- Communicate with clients, providers, and internal teams regarding record requests
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with firm procedures
Qualifications
- Experience xhqgsiq working with medical records required (law firm, healthcare, hospital, or related setting)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of work
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
