Role Description

The Intake Specialist is an on-site role located in Marietta, GA, consisting of 30-35 hours per week, with opportunity to grow into full-time.

This vital position serves as the first point of contact and involves managing client intake processes, conducting initial screenings, gathering essential client information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Intake Specialist will maintain efficient communication with potential and current clients, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure seamless transitions. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help streamline case intake processes, ensuring a positive experience for clients while supporting attorneys with accurate data collection and case management. The role requires handling inquiries with professionalism while accurately documenting all relevant details for case evaluation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to manage the onboarding process and address inquiries
• Familiarity with basic estate planning and probate concepts related to legal cases is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in document management and client record maintenance
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or legal industry experience is a plus
