Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in our Marietta, GA office.
As the Receptionist, you will make an impact by assisting our clients with their risk management and insurance needs each and every day. Some of the day-to-day tasks for the Receptionist position include:
- Greet all visitors that come into the office Maintain tidiness of lobby and common areas
- Assist customers with service requests by phone and email, process policy changes, assist with billing and claims
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail Identify opportunities to engage with customer
- Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals Identify complex requests and triage to designated service team or carrier
- Maintain updated customer file including policy information, correspondence, and contact information
Location:
- Marietta, GA
Experience:
- Willing to obtain P&C License
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Displays superior customer service skills
- Displays professional and cheerful presentation
- Must be a self-starter with attention to detail and time management skills
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong typing skills
