MED GLOBE PC is a small private practice specializing in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a welcoming environment.
Job description:
This is a hybrid position that includes functioning as a front desk receptionist and as a medical assistant directly involved in patient care. At least 1 years of experience in an medical office is preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, reliable, organized, bilingual Spanish preferred, patient friendly, and have the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
Function as a reliable front desk receptionist. This will include greeting patients, obtaining and verifying demographics and insurance eligibility, entering information in EMR, collecting payments, scheduling appointments, answering multiple phones and routing them to the appropriately, calling and scheduling patients who are due for their routine visits, filing, scanning documents, faxing documents, emailing referrals documents, and etc. as needed.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm
Work Location: In person
