Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Maryland SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience in school-based SLP services preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services at multiple elementary sites
• Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success
• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–3:00 pm
