We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and can perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks including lawn installation, irrigation work, planting, grading, rock and mulch installation, and general landscape construction. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Install sod, plants, trees, rock, mulch, and other landscape materials
- Perform grading, shovel work, trenching, and site cleanup
- Assist with irrigation and sprinkler installation/repairs
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Follow directions from crew leaders and complete work efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Represent the company professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Landscaping, construction, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, mowers, or other equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
