Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscaper / Landscape Crew Member to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in high-quality work, and can perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

The right candidate will assist with a variety of landscaping tasks including lawn installation, irrigation work, planting, grading, rock and mulch installation, and general landscape construction. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team.

Responsibilities:

Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
Install sod, plants, trees, rock, mulch, and other landscape materials
Perform grading, shovel work, trenching, and site cleanup
Assist with irrigation and sprinkler installation/repairs
Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment safely
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
Follow directions from crew leaders and complete work efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Represent the company professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications:

Landscaping, construction, irrigation, or outdoor labor experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, mowers, or other equipment is a plus
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
