Key Responsibilities: Have personal experience with mental health and wellness and recovery Work with the Early Intervention Support Services Team to ensure individuals needing assistance achieve mental wellness through a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Operate as a strong Peer Champion liaison, and meet face to face with individuals utilizing a strength-based perspective Complete crisis planning as needed to decrease future hospitalizations and increase quality of daily life Collaborate with Acenda and Community Providers to link individuals into services needed. Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma-Preferred Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Lived and personal experience with mental health and substance use to provide support to the persons we are engaging.
