Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianThis role requires excellent troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and pneumatic systems. You should be comfortable working with computers and robots, and previous experience with CMMS Software or robotics is advantageous.ResponsibilitiesOperate, repair, and maintain equipment in the assigned area.Complete all preventive maintenance tasks.Assist, train, and support production needs.Repair machine breakdowns promptly.Possess 480v experience. PLC experience is beneficial, with limited troubleshooting required.Utilize basic Microsoft Tools such as Excel, Word, and Maintenance Connections Software.Essential SkillsExperience in maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and repair.Strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.Knowledge of CMMS Software.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED.Technical Degree Preferred (such as TCAT or Trades).Robotics experience is a plus.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team in a large-scale facility where you can enhance your skills in a supportive environment. The facility is not temperature-controlled, so expect warmer conditions in the summer. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6 PM to 2:30 AM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, TN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
