Job Description

• Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors through both written and verbal channels to make sure expectations are met and challenges are taken care of promptly.
• Demonstrates strong initiative and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of scheduling software.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and documentation, including requisitions and change orders.
• Supports early-stage project planning through conceptual estimating, budgeting, and pricing as needed.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on training.
• Strong ability to interpret construction documents, technical specifications, and regulatory guidelines, with confidence, presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools like Procore, scheduling software, and job costing systems.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is a plus.
• Demonstrates practical problem-solving skills and can follow instructions delivered in various formats-written, verbal, or visual.
• Flexible and resourceful, with a proactive mindset toward overcoming challenges.
• Familiarity with project accounting is an added advantage.
