Receptionist We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in office management, ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring proper phone etiquette. Support office management tasks to ensure efficient operations. Assist with any additional clerical duties as needed. Skills Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining an orderly workspace.
