Staffing Coordinator

We are looking for a coordinator for our recruiting and on-boarding efforts. If you have administrative experience in an office setting, we would like to hear from you! You will be coming in to our office in Frederick, MD for 10-20 hours per week. Experience in health care or HR is a plus! About The Role This is a people-focused role for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys helping people through the hiring process. What You’ll Do – Recruiting Review applications and prepare candidates for in-office interviews Conduct in-person candidate interviews and keep applicants informed throughout the process Maintain accurate recruiting records and follow up with candidates Review and organize candidate documentation Schedule and staff Hiring Events in office and at local colleges and hospital On-boarding Collect and verify new-hire paperwork, including I-9 documentation Schedule and Support new-hire orientation and training Review Care Giver Procedures Set up training assignments and track completion Create and maintain employee profiles and credential records General Support Answer phones and greet candidates visiting the office Support job fairs and community and college recruiting events Communicate potential issues or delays to the team What We’re Looking For College degree or certificate in the area of Human Resource Management Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems Able to handle confidential information professionally Reliable transportation to our Frederick office Ability to pass drug screen and background check Helpful experience:HR, recruiting, staffing, customer service, healthcare, applicant tracking systems, or coursework in HR/business/healthcare administration.
