The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Frederick, Maryland.Schedule: Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 2 weekends and 1 holiday per year in our Rockville office; after being fully trained and passing a chart review, this position will offer one remote day per week.Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator will:Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of our fertility patientsProvide patient/couple counselingEducate patients on procedures and how to administer injectionsSchedule treatment after initial and follow up visitsCoordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocolsEstablish a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' familiesWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Qualifications and Skills Include:IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus; training will be providedValid RN licenseExperience working with electronic medical records a mustHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterA minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN positionBilingual Spanish will be a plusWomen's Health background or fertility experience a plusMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
