This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering inbound service calls from new and existing customers.Scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and availability.Identifying customer concerns and addressing them effectively.Providing information on service specials and promotions.Following up with customers to confirm appointments and remind them of upcoming services.Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM system.Assist with resolving customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.QualificationsPrior experience in a Service BDC role or automotive service departmentAutomotive knowledge is preferred but not requiredStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle a high volume of calls in a fast paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer focused with a friendly demeanorStrong ability to work well with others in a team based environmentHours9 hour shiftMonday - Friday from 9am - 6pmWeekends as needed from 8am - 3pmWork LocationIn-personIf you are motivated with a passion for customer service and the automotive industry, we encourage you to apply today!
